We love interior design and designers.

We noticed that interior design firm owners all struggled with the same issues: profitability, cash flow, sales tax, and getting their project management software to sync with their accounting software. Moreover, most were left to figure it out themselves, rather than relying on a proven system and industry best practices.

In 2017, we started Logistis for Designers to help them overcome these barriers and implement the habits and processes that lead to successful, sustainable ID firms.

Since founding Logistis for Designers in 2017, Emilie has led the company’s growth with one mission in mind: to make life easier for interior designers. With a knack for simplifying complex systems, she’s built a business that brings clarity and calm to creative chaos. Emilie is known for her hands-on leadership, people-first mindset, and love of problem-solving. When she’s not leading the team, she’s exploring the great outdoors with her husband, John, and their daughter, Cielle.

Andie Nelson

Andie is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor who thrives in Logistis for Designers’ collaborative environment. She brings nearly two decades of martial arts discipline—Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu—into her work, balancing focus with adaptability. Andie loves helping clients in the interior design industry find clarity in their numbers while keeping things running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, live music, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.

Joe helps designers cut through the confusion of sales tax and financial reporting. With a clear, practical approach, he makes the numbers make sense so clients can stay focused on the creative side of their business. Known for his calm, supportive energy, Joe enjoys connecting with clients and simplifying what once felt complicated. In his free time, you’ll find him backpacking, traveling, or playing recreational sports.

Katelyn brings a blend of technical expertise and genuine curiosity to the Logistis for Designers team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Cal State Northridge and an Accounting Certification from UCLA Extension. Katelyn loves working with a diverse range of designers, helping them understand their numbers and build confidence in their financial systems. When she’s not supporting clients, she’s tending to her 15-acre farm—gardening, raising animals, and finding balance between growth and creativity.

Kristen Concannon

Kristen brings over 25 years of experience across accounting, brand management, and business operations to Logistis for Designers. With a background spanning real estate, consulting, boutique fitness, and international sourcing and manufacturing, she offers both financial rigor and creative perspective. Kristen specializes in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, project costing, and strategic planning, helping designers build profitable businesses without losing their creative vision. Known for her clarity, organization, and big-picture thinking, she bridges the gap between numbers and creativity. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, Pilates, gardening, snowboarding, and spending time with her husband and Corgi puppy.

Heidi Zager

Heidi has worked professionally across Human Resources, Client Services, and Operations. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University and later completed a Diploma in Interior Design from the British Academy of Interior Design. With hands-on exposure to residential projects, she is familiar with full-service design—from client onboarding and establishing creative vision through installation—and is dedicated to cultivating strong vendor relationships and thoughtful procurement practices. Based in Austin, Texas, Heidi enjoys spending time with her two daughters, traveling the world, and is trained in several holistic healing modalities.

Anne Baldia

Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and brings over six years of experience in general and financial accounting. Inspired by her late father’s work as an accountant, she’s passionate about helping creative professionals bring structure and clarity to their finances. Known for her attention to detail and upbeat attitude, Anne ensures every report is accurate and insightful. Outside of work, she loves gaming, movies, and discovering new restaurants with friends.

Shiena Lou Santiago

Shiena is a Certified Public Accountant with over 16 years of experience across audit, finance, and accounting. She brings calm precision and deep technical knowledge to every client relationship, ensuring designers and studios can rely on their numbers with confidence. Her background adds a unique perspective to complex projects. Outside of work, Shiena enjoys beach days, supporting her kids’ sports, and crafting in her free time.

Marielle Pelayo

Marielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has over four years of experience. She’s passionate about helping interior designers and creative studios make sense of their numbers through precise bookkeeping and clear financial reporting. Organized, detail-driven, and proactive, Marielle ensures clients always have the financial clarity they need to grow. When she’s off the clock, she loves traveling and discovering new cafés.

Kristine Pangilinan

Kristine is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and experience spanning financial reporting, auditing, and revenue accounting. Her career has taken her across the maritime, SaaS, manufacturing, banking, and higher education industries, giving her a broad perspective and strong technical expertise. Known for her attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to accuracy, Kristine enjoys helping interior designers gain confidence in their finances and make informed business decisions. Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, organizing, and relaxing with a great book, movie, or TV series.

Herlan Cruz

Herlan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and brings more than seven years of accounting experience supporting both local and international clients. With expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end close, he is skilled in cloud-based accounting platforms including QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Known for his attention to detail, adaptability, and strong analytical skills, Herlan is passionate about helping interior designers build organized financial systems that support long-term growth. Outside of work, he enjoys learning about new technology, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with online games.

Shairyll Kaye Malleta

Shairyll is a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate with more than three years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She specializes in bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing, and tax compliance, bringing accuracy and dedication to every client she supports. Known for her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, Shairyll is passionate about helping interior designers maintain organized financial records so they can focus on growing their businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fiction, playing online games, and spending quality time with her family.

Jeremy Niswonger

Jeremy graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in Business Finance and brings a forward-thinking approach to accounting. He specializes in financial reporting, tax preparation, and tax planning for small businesses and creative professionals. As a CPA, Jeremy is passionate about helping designers understand their finances in simple, actionable ways. His goal is to turn tax season stress into long-term strategy and growth.

Cheyenne Crawford

Previously working at a design firm, I gained hands-on experience across every phase of the design process, from the initial client meeting to planning, sourcing, and installation. Procurement has been a significant focus of my work, and I take pride in the details that keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. My background spans both residential and commercial projects, giving me a versatile perspective and a strong appreciation for building lasting vendor relationships. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and am based in Central Texas. Outside of work, I enjoy playing and coaching a volleyball club team with friends, traveling, and spending time with family.
